- CARE INSTRUCTIONS: The board is hand wash only - use light soap only and rinse thoroughly. To properly season, slightly warm a food-grade mineral oil then dab the oil on a clean, dry cloth. Apply the oiled cloth to the board in the direction of the grain. The backside of the board should be used for cutting fruits, vegetables, and cheese only - no meats. The forks are hand wash recommended with warm soapy water - dry immediately.
