- CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash knitted cover in cold water with like colors, do not bleach. Tumble dry low, do not iron. The insert can be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not heat the insert for more than 10 sec in the microwave, damage could occur. When the insert is heated it may become very hot, be careful to avoid burns. Always test gel bead insert temperature before use on the facial area. Freezing will take several hours, do not use the frozen insert for more than 20 minutes. Adult use only.
